CREDIT First time customers and those who prefer credit card payment can expect to give credit card information upon ordering. We obtain an authorization on that card for the approximate total before order fulfillment will begin. Only the exact amount is then converted to a sale when it ships. Orders will not be processed unless valid credit card information is given. No CODs Established customers who have not done so already may apply for terms by request. To establish credit, please submit three current trade references including addresses, email address, phone and fax numbers. You will be notified of your credit approval. After this modification you will have a 30-day open account. CLAIMS COUNT the boxes that are being delivered and ONLY sign for the correct number of packages.
All claims for breakage, damaged, or lost cartons must be made directly to the carrier. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Damages: Original shipping carton and packing materials plus contents must be held for inspection unless otherwise notified. If these conditions are not met, the claim will be denied. All information needed for your carrier will be on your invoice and the damaged carton. TRUCK FREIGHT: For damaged or lost shipments, claims must be made directly to the delivering truck line.
